I’ve given this business more than one chance, and I’m honestly very disappointed.
On my most recent order, 1 item was missing. I reached out via WhatsApp, and while I got a response at first, no one followed up as promised. I messaged again, called multiple times, and was completely ignored for days, despite my messages being seen.
Eventually( 3 days later), I was told my missing item was dispatched & they are checking with the delivery driver... but again, no update ad that'sthe most frustrating part, "the lack of communication" not even the missing item.
Since no one was getting back to me, I contacted the driver who had delivered my order to check if he was part of their team or a 3rd party. He confirmed he works for them and offered to help. He sent me a screenshot to show he'd raised the issue but surprisingly, the screenshot was of another customer also complaining about a missing item. That alone tells me I’m not the only one experiencing this.
To make it worse, this isn't the first time I’ve had issues. The very first time I ordered, they completely forgot about my order, and I had to follow up 5 days later to get it processed.
The lack of professionalism, poor communication and repeated mistakes are unacceptable. I cannot recommend them. They seriously need to improve their customer service and fix their internal processes.
