I placed an order on June 27, and according to the website it was marked as shipped. However, until today, the item has not been delivered.
I contacted the seller on June 30 and received no response. I reached out again on July 2, and they replied saying they would “check and call back,” but no one ever called. I contacted them again on July 3 to follow up and even requested to cancel the order, but once again, no response at all. I have been waiting for one full week, and the lack of communication is extremely frustrating. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced. They do not update customers, do not follow through on their promises, and do not respond when issues arise. I strongly advise others not to order from this website. Save yourself the stress and choose a seller who actually delivers and communicates.
